Whats the best tempest long range (120km) from belt setup? 1400's, sensor booster long range ammo? Doesn't the NPC fleet warp to you, I have had that problem before?

If internal security is a corp look at the agent info for it, if it is a sector of a corp then wot u see is wot u get:( would of thought it would of had a lvl3 agent tho:)
